Stepp Capital was founded by Jabin Stepp. After beginning his career in the banking industry, Stepp realized many of his clients could not qualify for traditional financing. But sending clients out for private financing was a fraught decision. By starting an independent brokerage, Stepp has been able to lead the way to better funding, and better financial outcomes.

Our simple process allows you to submit your information one time, allowing us to do the work of sourcing, negotiating and matching you with lenders that understand your business. You’ll review terms until you are satisfied. If you don’t choose a loan you pay nothing for our services.

Stepp Capital comes out of a history with bank and non-bank loan acquisition. Because of our experience we are able to help businesses develop a funding plan that matches their future goals and objectives. We help businesses position themselves for funding and to see the steps they need to move forward.
Our Founder
Jabin Stepp began his career in banking, interning, then working as a credit analyst and then a commercial loan underwriter and commercial lender. With his experience and a passion for working with people, Jabin took the step of launching his independent brokerage.
“Many prospective borrowers are ready for financing, but don’t fit a particular organization’s lending box. I was disheartened whenever we had to turn away good businesses,” Stepp said.
“I decided to take the leap of faith to start my own business, and with the independence to take loans to the right lender, more businesses can gain funding and thrive.”
